Delete your account

You can delete your Ludo Blitz account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent: your coins, diamonds, items, level and rating are lost and can't be restored or refunded.

Fastest: in the game

Open Ludo Blitz, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Can't open the game?

Send a request below with your player name (as shown on your profile). We'll confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days. For your safety we may ask you to prove the account is yours before deleting it.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, avatar), linked Google or Apple sign-ins and sign-in tokens.
• Coins, diamonds, owned and equipped items, level, XP, rating and statistics.
• Your block list, and reports made by you or about you.

What we keep

• Records of finished online games, with your name replaced by "Deleted player", so other players' histories stay correct.
• Purchase records the stores and RevenueCat must keep for tax and fraud prevention.
• The deletion request itself (name and email), kept until it's handled.
