By playing Ludo Blitz you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

Your account

• You get a guest account when you start. Link Google or Apple sign-in to keep it if you change or lose your phone; a guest account that isn't linked can't be recovered.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Player names must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change a name that breaks this rule.

Playing fair and being kind

Don't:

• cheat, use bots or modified clients, or exploit bugs;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players in chat, voice or names;
• deliberately leave games to hurt others, or collude in ranked games;
• try to disrupt, overload or break into our servers.

Players can mute, block and report each other. We may warn, restrict or close accounts that break these rules, and remove the coins, diamonds or ratings they gained unfairly.

Coins, diamonds and items

• Coins and diamonds are virtual currencies for use in the game only. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for real money, and can't be transferred or sold.
• Online games can have an entry fee in coins; the winners share the pot. This is a game of skill and luck played for virtual coins only: there are no real-money prizes.
• Items you buy or unlock (dice, tokens, boards, avatars, frames, packs) are a licence to use them in the game, not property you own.
• We may rebalance prices, rewards and items to keep the game fair and fun.

Purchases

• Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and follow their terms. Prices are shown by the store before you pay.
• Purchases are final except where the store's refund policy or the law says otherwise. Ask the store for refunds; see Support.
• If a purchase doesn't arrive, contact us with the order number and we'll put it right.

Ads

The free game shows ads between games. Remove Ads switches them off for your account.

The service

We work hard to keep the game running, but it is provided "as is": online play may sometimes be interrupted, and features may change. We may end the game with reasonable notice. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for more than what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time in the game or with the deletion form. Coins, diamonds and items are lost when you do, and can't be refunded.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the game when a change matters. Playing after a change means you accept it.
